Does planning a wedding in Tuscany, renting an exclusive villa, choosing a good florist, researching entertainment and finding a great caterer seem… impossible?
An experienced wedding planner is the ideal professional to take care of all these aspects, ensuring maximum results.
We have been working in the wedding industry throughout Tuscany since 1996. We are the perfect allies to help you choose the ideal location (Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Siena and more) and to coordinate your entire wedding weekend.
In recent years, we have received many requests for a planning service that only includes the day of the wedding, instead of our usual complete wedding planning service.
In all honesty, we are not enamoured with the concept of 'wedding day organisation'. Professional wedding planners tend to agree that this just isn't... a thing! It would be more accurate to talk about Wedding Management as our consultation is comprehensive, and therefore difficult to limit to a few stages of planning.
This term is perhaps more suited, as we will be organising and reviewing every aspect of the wedding.

The following are the elements included in our wedding management service. We shy away from 'packet' deals, preferring instead to tailor our services to our individual clients' needs.
We begin with a short free consultation, in order to understand how we can best assist you.
We will then meet directly at our offices, or arrange a call no later than 4 weeks before the wedding. During our meeting we can discuss the timings of each of the day's events to ensure everything flows as smoothly as possible. We may also clarify any remaining details such as suppliers, set-ups and more. We will also provide you with tips, tricks and advice!
We will ask you to confirm a final list of the suppliers involved and their contact details, as well as an "On The Day" schedule for each of them. We also include an inspection of the location.
On the big day we will be present with at least two planners. Once on site we will liaise with the suppliers and the florist, check that the decorations are all as agreed, and put our problem solving skills into action for all other last minute details . If your décor is complex we may take advantage of additional staff. In short, our presence will guarantee you a stress-free wedding day!
