Benedetta, Lu and the team at WPT did the most incredible job with our wedding this summer! We are an English couple and were a little nervous about getting married in a country where neither of us speak the language. However, Benedetta, Lu and the team couldn’t have been more helpful! They really took the time to get to know us as a couple and to understand the type of wedding we wanted for us and our guests. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, helping us understand what would work and where we might be better to amend our plans or to come up with new (or better!) ideas! They went the extra mile in helping us work with the best suppliers and clearly have an excellent network of some of the best in Italy who work with them on a repeat basis.

Wedding Planners in Tuscany made my dream wedding come true! From the moment I met Benedetta, I knew she was the perfect wedding planner for us. She was professional, communicative, and had wonderful ideas for our wedding. She worked very quickly as we had 8 months to prepare a microwedding abroad in Tuscany. We had the most breath taking ceremony & venue, I wish I could replay that day 100 times over. Benedetta and her amazing team fulfilled everything I requested, down to the best photographer in Tuscany, make up/hair artists, to the Bentley we rented for pictures, to the food and wine we drank, and a harpist to play at the ceremony site.
Everything was truly seamless and perfect and all of my stress and nervousness from planning in the USA literally evaporated the evening before the wedding when I met the wedding team in person for the first time, I knew everything was going to be amazing. We had an all day affair with a ceremony in the morning, a lunch reception, and a dinner reception. The lunch and dinner receptions were absolutely gorgeous at Borgo Santo Pietro, the food there was incredible and we stayed three nights in their Borgo Santo Pietro Suite which was beautiful and breath taking.
Benedetta and her team organized all of the paper work for us to legally get married in Italy. They made everything clear and concise and we were able to complete our document checklist in a straight forward manner. They arranged transportation for our families before and after the wedding as well. On top of providing the most memorable wedding experience, they also organized 3 days of events for our family and us after the wedding including activities and restaurants/food arrangements. We spent several days in Lucca at a beautiful villa recommended by Benedetta and we had so much fun! She recommended a private chef to cook for us at the villa two nights, a bicycle tour in the town of Lucca, and a fiat tour through the town of Lucca. The last night of our chef experience, she had personalized menus created for us with flowers and decorations with a wine tour of the villa. Our families told us several times that this was the best vacation they have ever had in their lives and we have to thank Benedetta and her team for that.

We cannot recommend Wedding Planners in Tuscany and Benedetta more highly for anyone (especially other Americans/foreigners) looking to get married in Italy.
We reached out to Benedetta to plan our microwedding last summer, and in only a few short months she was able to help us achieve our dream. While Benedetta and her team did an amazing job with the entire wedding, they worked particularly hard to find us the perfect venue that fit our every need/request, making multiple site visits and thoroughly searching far and wide to make sure our vision was matched in the venue we chose. She was also very accommodating to our many specific requests - for example having deep colored (no white) flowers and having a particular food allergy catered towards, and requesting an atypical "broken arch" rather than a classic flower arch for the ceremony backdrop. She also as great taste and was able to choose many of the special touches around the ceremony and dinner site without us needing to make every choice ourselves which took a lot of pressure and weight off our shoulders. Her choice in vendors- from the private chef to the photographer and hairdresser- were all impeccable. She also gave suggestions for vendors we hadn't thought of including, such as a harpist and an opera singer that added a special touch that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. If you are an American, I'd also like to highlight that Benedetta helped us take care of all the legal paperwork which took a huge weight off our shoulders. She booked our appointments, contacted local offices, checked our paperwork before we even flew to Italy. This was a major concern of ours and it was accomplished flawlessly. In addition to our wedding day, she also organized two additional days of events for our guests including a food tour around the town of Lucca and a truffle hunting tour and lunch. These events are some of the most memorable times from our wedding week and our guests still talk about how special and unique these experiences were. Our first contact with Benedetta was in July 2020 in the middle of the pandemic and since then she was always positive and respectful with our choices and requests. Even with all the trouble that the pandemic has brought for many, Benedetta and her team were able to give us an amazing wedding party, everything was perfect.

My wife found Wedding Planners in Tuscany on Instagram and was impressed by their beautiful pictures. We decided to hire them to plan our wedding in Tuscany and they delivered even more than we expected. Our wedding was even more beautiful than you could imagine a Tuscan wedding to be. They also made the planning process super easy. My wife sent them a pinterest page with ideas of things she liked and they used those pictures as inspiration to create a beautiful setting. The food was also amazing, although admittedly I didn't get to eat too much of it because I was too busy talking with everyone. Benedetta and Elena were extremely attentive, answering all of our e-mails and were always available for Skype calls. They were also very flexible with our needs. We thought it was going to be more difficult to plan a destination wedding, but because of Wedding Planners in Tuscany, it was probably easier! They were also very helpful in helping our guests arrange accommodations for their stay in and around Lucca, and they helped us plan some activities and other events for our guests are part of our wedding weekend like a welcome dinner and a bike tour of Lucca. People always say your wedding day will be the best day of your life but no-one can truly prepare you for the love and emotion and happiness you will feel on the day. It was without a doubt the most incredible day of our lives and it wouldn't have been possible without Elena and Benedetta at Wedding Planners in Tuscany. We initially found our venue (the beautiful Villa Grabau) online and they recommended Wedding Planners in Tuscany as our wedding planners. From the first Skype call we knew they were the ones. They made everything super easy, remained calm when I got a little stressed at times and bought everything in my pinterest board to life and more. Every guest said it was the best wedding they have ever been to from the venue to decor to food and drinks. I highly recommend them and even miss talking to them every week now the wedding is over. Benedetta and Simona organised the most amazing weekend ever for me and my friends and family. It started with an incredible dinner for 50 people at Punto restaurant in Lucca on the Friday night, followed by the most beautiful, perfect event at our villa, aptly named "Fabulous Fibbialla". Everything was perfect. The aperitivi and antipasti served on the terrace below, the candlelit walk through the olive trees, the magnificent dinner for over 70 people in a tent in front of our villa, and dancing until dawn. Magical. It was a truly memorable night and it was exactly as I imagined it. For those that survived, there was a brunch the next day and that too was a perfectly coordinated antidote to the night before. Thanks to everyone who helped make it a truly memorable weekend. Io e Luca ci siamo sposati il 03 settembre 2022 con cerimonia nella Cattedrale di Massa e ricevimento in Villa Rossi a Lucca. Sono stata una sposa molto esigente e spesso incapace di delegare dunque per noi era fondamentale affidarci a mani esperte che potessero rassicurarci guidandoci e ci lasciassero al contempo spazio per poter personalizzare il più possibile il nostro matrimonio, giorno che avevamo da sempre sognato con grande ambizione.

Ci siamo sposati il 12 settembre 2021 dopo aver rimandato per più di un anno a causa del covid, fortunatamente lungo questo percorso abbiamo incontrato Simona e Benedetta. Ho conosciuto Wedding Planners in Tuscany grazie a un evento aziendale al quale ho partecipato e, quando io il mio fidanzato abbiamo deciso di sposarci, mia suocera mi ha consigliato (a ragione) di rivolgermi a loro.
